All books and book boxes are classified as collector pieces.
If you request personalization, please ensure your message is added before checkout — once processing begins, personalizations cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bellaj@bellaj-novels.com and include your order number with clear photos of the packaging and the item
Each case will be reviewed individually.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
In rare situations where a replacement is unavailable (for instance, a limited or sold-out edition), a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Minor cosmetic wear such as small scuffs, slightly bent corners, or mailer impressions is considered normal transit wear and does not qualify for replacement.
Stolen or Lost packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Bella J. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your parcel cannot be located, contact your local post office first, then email us with your details so we can assist where possible.
