Shipping policy

Paperback orders

All paperbacks and standard editions are shipped from within the U.S.

Please allow up to 21 business days for domestic delivery after your order has been processed.

Each copy is signed and prepared by hand, so we ask for your patience as your piece of the story makes its way to you.

Collector Boxes & Special Editions

Shipping timelines for collector boxes and special editions will be clearly stated on the individual product pages. Shipping dates will vary depending on production and availability.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, contact your local postal service first, then email us at bellaj@bellaj-novels.com with your order details.

Preorders

Preordered items will ship according to the release date listed on the product page.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your package may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are not paid and a package is refused or returned, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any refund for returned merchandise will be issued only after the package has been received back in its original condition, less any shipping costs or fees incurred.

We are unable to estimate or collect these charges in advance, as they vary by country and local regulations.
